This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either the greater Seattle, Washington; Overland Park, Kansas or Frisco, Texas areas.

Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our customers, and that extends to our virtual events and webinars. We're seeking an experienced Virtual Event Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building awareness for T-Mobile's suite of products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on virtual events and webinars.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a knack for both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals.
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution.
  • Lead the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning.
  • Develop content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Implement and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms.
  • Preferred experience with On24 virtual platform.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations.
  • Generate reports using SalesForce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Expertise in SalesForce.
  • Shown success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events.
  • Experience with On24 virtual platform and customer engagement hubs.
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
