<p>At SS&C Technologies, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fund Accountant Manager to join our Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate teams. We are looking for a professional with the skillset, enthusiasm, and commitment to take on this hands-on role.The ideal candidate for this position should be an expert in fund accounting, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Fund Accountant Manager must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the private equity, venture capital, or real estate industries and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA and/or a master’s degree are preferred.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the financial services industry and is eager to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements and reports for private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds. Manage fund accounting operations, including fund settlements, cash movements, and NAV calculations. Provide support for external audits and internal reviews of financial statements. Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor cash positions and coordinate liquidity management activities. Analyze portfolio investments and provide guidance to senior management. Monitor capital calls and distributions, and maintain accurate records of fund activities. Prepare and submit regulatory filings. Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.</p><p>SS&C Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
