A pioneering DeFi protocol is seeking a Head of Capital Formation to drive growth and shape the future of decentralized fixed-income markets. The team is building institutional-grade, fixed-rate lending infrastructure through a novel order book model—enabling scalable and composable capital formation across open finance.

The Role of Head of Protocol Liquidity :

You’ll lead initiatives to expand total value locked (TVL) and strengthen relationships across the crypto capital stack, including DAOs, funds, family offices, and institutional investors. This strategic role blends market engagement, partnership development, and thought leadership across DeFi and capital markets.

Responsibilities for the Head of Protocol Liquidity :

• Design and execute capital formation strategies targeting DeFi-native and institutional allocators.

• Build and manage relationships with on-chain treasuries, market makers, and fund managers.

• Position the protocol as a leading capital markets infrastructure layer through high-impact content and community engagement (e.g., AMAs, governance forums, DeFi events).

• Analyze capital flows, market trends, and competitor activity using advanced on-chain data tools.

• Represent the project across key crypto and institutional ecosystems to scale adoption.

About You

• Proven experience driving TVL or capital growth within the DeFi, crypto fund, or exchange landscape.

• Strong network across institutional and DAO communities.

• Skilled communicator with a background in public-facing initiatives such as community building, content creation, or governance engagement.

• Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using on-chain analytics tools.

• Passionate about open, permissionless finance and the evolution of decentralized markets.
