This position will work fully onsite.<br><br>The <strong>IT Operations Specialist</strong> supports Firm desktops, laptops, print devices, mobile devices, peripherals, and software. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is required. The role is expected to rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The ability to function in high pressure and demanding situations is required. Essential job functions include:<br><br><ul><li>Provide Tier II support assisting the staff with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of Firm desktops, laptops, print devices, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li><li>Responsible for imaging and configuration of computers for new employees.</li><li>Provide Tier II support for Windows operating systems and application software, including: Citrix, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Workshare Protect, Omtool.</li><li>Responsible for minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of office printers.</li><li>Provide Tier II support for remote Firm locations.</li><li>Prepare, package, and ship equipment to Husch Blackwell locations.</li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule aiding customers after normal business hours.</li><li>Support the physical IT asset lifecycle with deployment, upgrade and decommission of hardware while maintaining the accuracy of the Firm's asset database.</li><li>Tier II support for Remote Workdays when your office is on a Remote workday. You will be expected to work remotely to support the Firms customers.</li><li>Provide Tier II support for Citrix and supported applications.</li><li>Assist with Audio Visual conferencing, high profile presentation setups and some offsite events for attorneys and clients.</li><li>Deploy, support and repair Smartphones including iPhones and Android devices.</li><li>Work directly with mobile carriers as necessary including Verizon and ATT.</li><li>Support mobile users working with standard wireless connections, broadband cards, and any potential remote connectivity scenarios.</li><li>Act as local point of contact for all technical support needs in assigned regional location(s); liaise with corporate headquarter IT team and management on assigned office technical support needs. (Regional offices only.)</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong>This position requires team members to regularly situate themselves to maintain computers in the office under desks and in the server room. Individuals in this role frequently move IT equipment weighing up to 20 pounds; they also need to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, and work at other employees’ stations. This role requires individuals to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment as well as frequently communicate with other professionals regarding their IT needs by exchanging accurate information.
