You will connect with candidates, managing the intricate details of security clearances and government requirements, while building and engaging robust talent pipelines.
Partnering closely with public hiring managers, you'll guide them through applicant filtering, presentation, and crucial compensation and hiring process counsel. Your resilience, meticulousness, strong communication, deep understanding of public sector nuances, and strategic outlook are essential supporting the public infrastructure, and driving innovation within government services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Seven or more years of recruiting experience, including at least two years in a corporate recruiting environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through various channels to build target candidate pipelines within established timeframes.
- Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior-level stakeholders within complex organizational structures.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and achieve consensus in recruitment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over five years of experience recruiting for Federal Agencies, including the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Civilian (FedCiv), and State, Local, and Education (SLED) sectors.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience recruiting customer delivery engineers with Cisco technology backgrounds and U.S. Government secret or higher clearances.
- Proven ability to leverage a robust network of cleared professionals and employ creative, out-of-the-box recruiting methodologies to attract new cleared talent.
