You'll be a key player in making sure research activities are accurate, efficient, and audit-ready, directly contributing to the integrity of the studies being run on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and being part of a mission-driven research team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Assisting the Site Manager with daily operational oversight and coordination of site activities</li><li>Supporting quality assurance processes, including documentation review, process monitoring, and follow-up on identified issues</li><li>Assisting with research-related tasks and operational support to help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of work</li><li>Monitoring assigned workflows and escalating concerns, delays, or quality issues to the Site Manager as needed</li><li>Maintaining organized records, logs, and supporting documentation</li><li>Helping prepare for audits, inspections, internal reviews, and other compliance-related activities</li><li>Supporting onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts for site staff as assigned</li><li>Communicating clearly and professionally with internal team members regarding priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items</li><li>Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting implementation of approved changes</li><li>Assisting with administrative, reporting, and tracking responsibilities related to site operations</li><li>Performing other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in clinical research</li><li>Prior experience with quality assurance, compliance, or documentation review in a regulated environment</li><li>Strong experience supporting a manager or supervisor with day-to-day operational/administrative tasks</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred</li><li>CCRP certification preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>Ability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 8–5 MST</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Hiring Company:</strong></p><p>Our client is a clinical research organization dedicated to advancing medical knowledge through well-run, participant-focused clinical trials.
