<strong>Role Overview:</strong> The Overnight Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of facilities, including restrooms, entryways, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, and outdoor areas.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and trash removal.</li><li>Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, including outdoor windows and parking lots.</li><li>Stock and organize supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and janitorial storage.</li><li>Complete daily prioritized tasks while adhering to safety regulations and MSDS guidelines.</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning products safely.</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Stable work history with ability to prioritize responsibilities.</li><li>Effective communication skills with management and colleagues.</li><li>Physical ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Flexibility, responsibility, and attention to safety regulations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Details:</strong> This is an overnight position from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with a 4.5-day workweek, requiring daily commuting to the local office.
