TRPG is currently seeking to add a Senior Wealth Manager position to our team located in Greensboro, NC. A Senior Wealth Manager will have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience establishing a track record of business development success and providing clients with comprehensive planning advice. Senior Wealth Managers are the face of the client relationship with a team built around them consisting of a client service, Tax, Legacy Wealth Strategies, Trading, CIO, and operational support. <br><br><strong>What you will do:</strong><br><ul> <li>Source and acquire new clients to build business</li> <li>Use TRPG generated leads, referral leads, and outbound calling leads to educate and convert into clients through the Wealth Accelerator Process </li> <li>Follow up with prospective clients, maximize relationships, create referrals and referral partnership</li> <li>Work with prospective clients and current clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information. Analyze information to create a long-range financial plan</li> <li>Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance</li> <li>Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals</li> <li>Maximize relationships, create referrals and keep SalesForce updated</li> <li>Research industry guidelines.
