Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in banking, finance, business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in retail banking operations, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, banking software, and office equipment.
