The Senior Restaurant Readiness Specialist is responsible for preparing restaurants for opening, leading on-site training, and analyzing results to improve business trends and customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and timely with field operations and support departments
  • Implementation of restaurant tools to enhance the guest experience
  • Track key elements of new store development construction, staffing, and merchandising
  • Review store layout and equipment
  • Documentation of feedback, observations and analysis
  • Collaborate with area, restaurant and store leaders on sales goals and financial controls
  • Expert on all restaurant menu items, equipment, processes and customer experience
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are in place and being utilized
  • Development and evaluations in RDC locations
  • Ensures a high level of engagement from the field operations team (market leader, area leader and restaurant team)

Skills

  • High School/GED
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Serv Safe Certified
  • Experience in an organization with specific career progression related to operations, supporting operations and enhanced strategic thinking in a restaurant platform
  • Knowledge of Restaurant industry, foodservice best practices as well as business acumen of running a complete business unit
  • Provide pre and post opening evaluations, analysis of opportunities and best practices
  • Proficient in a variety of software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) and able to adapt to new systems
  • Effective reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Ability to travel, frequently and on short notice for extended periods of time
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills
  • Ideal candidate would live on the Southern East Coast
  • Must live close to major airport
