Job Title: People Support Center Representative I Department: Human Resources Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: Under close supervision, this position provides People Centers of Excellence related information to address basic employee inquiries, such as information on company policies, payroll and benefits, HRIS administration guidance, and sourcing information from internal systems. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Document People Support Center call activities and assign to appropriate party using the internal management tools  Meet acceptable standards of service center metrics, such as hold time, length of call, transfers, unavailable time, resolution and processing accuracy and timeliness  Address routine incoming employee inquiries by resolving all HR questions promptly during the incoming phone call, escalate lengthier and more complex calls  Communicate and interpret HR and Payroll policies and procedures for all levels of employees  Provide self-service guidance to employees related to the accuracy and completeness of personnel records  Support HR technology and application testing, implementations, and/or updates  Perform additional administrative duties as the need arises ​ Schedule: Prefer flexibility to work a shift within a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 6 or more months of related experience, education or training, such as in HR administration, a call center environment, customer service, or in the transportation industry AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences Experience using computers and phones in a professional/office setting Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment Ability to act professionally, maintaining composure and confidentiality Ability to follow established procedures Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums Proficient active listening skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work individually or as part of a team Maintain a people-centric mentality Ability to learn new technologies related to the job Preferred Qualifications: Spanish speaking or other multilingual capability Please Note: Level of position may adjust based on qualifications and experience of the individual selected for hire This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
