All new hires participate in JetBlue University’s paid Inflight Training Program located in Orlando, Florida. This industry-leading curriculum includes emergency management, first aid, crisis simulation, cross-cultural communication, and advanced customer engagement strategies. Upon certification, you’ll join JetBlue’s base operations at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York, servicing a wide network of routes across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
