As our agency continues to expand, we’re seeking a dependable and organized Staffing Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and support our caregiver team.

Position Summary The Staffing Coordinator will play an important role in helping BellaCare Solution recruit and onboard quality caregivers while maintaining an organized hiring process. This remote position will initially focus on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and staffing support. As the agency grows, additional responsibilities and hours may become available.

Schedule

  • Remote
  • 8–10 hours per week
  • Two consecutive weekdays (schedule determined based on business needs)
Responsibilities
  • Review caregiver applications submitted through our hiring platforms
  • Contact qualified applicants within a timely manner
  • Conduct initial phone and/or Zoom screenings
  • Schedule interviews with the owner
  • Send onboarding instructions and required paperwork
  • Follow up on outstanding onboarding documents
  • Maintain organized applicant records and hiring updates
  • Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling support as needed
  • Communicate regularly with the owner regarding applicant progress
Qualifications

Required

  • Previous administrative, recruiting, staffing, or office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with email, Zoom, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
  • Home care or healthcare experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience recruiting, staffing, or onboarding employees
Compensation & Growth
  • Starting pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
  • 8–10 hours per week to start
  • 90-day introductory period
