About The Role And Team Uber Advertising is looking for a Sr. Client Partner to lead our high-stakes CPG vertical. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of bridging the digital and physical worlds, helping the world's largest brands reach millions of users across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will own the full sales lifecycle for a portfolio of top-tier accounts, turning complex advertising needs into tangible business impact. This isn't a role for those who prefer a scripted playbook; it's for strategic sellers who thrive in the "messy middle" of innovation and ambiguity. Success requires extreme ownership and the resilience to navigate shifting priorities and difficult partner conversations in a fast-paced, high-growth division. If you are energized by the challenge of building long-term trust while hitting aggressive targets, this is where you'll grow. What You'll Do Build and grow long-term partnerships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives by deeply understanding their business goals and earning trust through reliability. Navigate the ambiguity of an expanding ads portfolio, adapting your sales approach to drive adoption of new products across Mobility and Delivery platforms. Manage complex sales pipelines with discipline and urgency, balancing the need for persistence in long-term deals with the speed required for quarterly growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to shape proposals, unblock internal hurdles, and deliver solutions that scale. Employ creative problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve blockers and influence decision-makers during high-pressure negotiations. Communicate with clarity and resilience through tough client objections, using data and storytelling to quantify opportunities and differentiate Uber's offerings. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales. Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex brands or organizations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Specific experience selling into large CPG brands with a focus on digital advertising. Proven ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in measurable success for both partners and the business. Advanced negotiation and creative storytelling skills with the ability to use data to influence stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership ability and a "go-get-it" attitude when navigating fast-moving environments. Strong systems thinking and the ability to maintain clarity and focus during high-pressure situations. For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333. An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits. Ready to Ride? This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you.
