This role plays a critical executional and partnership role—collaborating closely with the Early Talent Programs Manager and business stakeholders to deliver a high‑volume, high‑quality campus recruiting experience.</p><p>This position requires strong full‑cycle recruiting expertise, confidence in stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable campus hiring outcomes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute full cycle recruiting for early talent programs, with a primary focus on internship hiring</li><li>Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience</li><li>Partner with the Early Talent Programs Manager to ensure alignment across program timelines, milestones, and deliverables</li><li>Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to translate internship skill requirements into optimized sourcing, screening, and selection strategies, embedding automation to improve recruiting efficiency and strategic impact.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand evolving skill needs and hiring priorities</li><li>Provide regular updates on pipeline health, risks, and hiring progress</li><li>Serve as a trusted point of contact for campus hiring inquiries within assigned stakeholder groups</li><li>Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, and candidate follow‑up</li><li>Ensure fair, consistent, and timely evaluation of early talent candidates</li><li>Support offer process execution, including candidate communication and coordination with internal partners</li><li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System</li><li>Ensure adherence to campus recruiting processes and compliance requirements</li><li>Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience across all early talent programs</li><li>Support campus recruiting events as needed (career fairs, information sessions, and virtual engagements)</li><li>Partner with internal teams to support onboarding readiness and hiring handoffs</li><li>Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3 – 6 years of recruiting experience, with direct campus or early talent recruiting experience.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume hiring pipelines.</li><li>Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting, from intake through offer.</li><li>Proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings and intake discussions.</li><li>Travel may be required during peak campus recruiting seasons</li><li>This role may experience seasonal workload spikes aligned to campus recruiting cycles</li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule as workload requires.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Initiative to manage recruiting processes with minimal guidance.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Experience using an applicant tracking system like Handshake and Taleo is a plus.</li><li>Comfortable learning and leveraging virtual sourcing systems and techniques including virtual interviewing platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting internship or early‑career programs at scale</li><li>Background in technology, consulting, or professional services environments</li><li>Familiarity with early talent lifecycle programming (internships, externships, academic‑year pipelines)</li></ul><p><strong>Location Requirements</strong></p><p>Prefer Dallas – TX, Phoenix – AZ or Atlanta – GA, but open to remote anywhere in the US.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;"><span style="color:#000048;font-family:" arial",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;"=""><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-CA;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial;mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none;" lang="EN-CA">The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting.
