<div><div><div><div><strong>About the Role</strong> </div></div><div>As a <strong>GTM Sourcer</strong>, you will own top of funnel strategy supporting NinjaOne's North American go to market organization, with primary responsibility for Public Sector, including SLED and Federal hiring, while supporting Enterprise, MSP, Channel, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing talent acquisition. You will partner closely with Global Revenue leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, MSP, Public Sector, and strategic functions to identify, engage, and pipeline high-impact talent aligned to complex enterprise and government buying motions. This role requires deep market intelligence, competitive mapping, and expertise across Public Sector, MSP, and Internal IT talent markets. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate. </p><p>Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO.
