Part-Time Night Shift Yard Operations AssociateNight owls wanted. Help keep our yard running—not guessing.

Job type: Part-time
Schedule: Variable shifts between 8:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.

Prefer moonlight to morning meetings? Like hands-on work, staying organized, and having something different to tackle throughout your shift?

Zane Investigations is looking for a dependable Night Shift Yard Operations Associate to help keep our vehicle lot, storage areas, and stored personal property organized and accounted for.

This is a behind-the-scenes adventure for someone who enjoys getting things done. You’ll photograph vehicles, coordinate releases to transporters, and help keep everything in its proper place. No treasure map required—accurate inventory records should do the trick.

Your Nighttime Mission

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take vehicle photos: Capture clear, accurate photographs for company records. No fancy filters—just the details that matter.
  • Monitor lot security: Stay alert, monitor the lot, and promptly report security concerns or unusual activity. Observation and good judgment beat superhero moves.
  • Release vehicles to transporters: Coordinate vehicle releases, follow company procedures, and complete the required documentation.
  • Remove and inventory personal property: Carefully remove personal belongings from vehicles, document the items, and place them in designated storage according to company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the lot: Help keep the vehicle lot orderly and maintained. “Somewhere over there” is not our preferred location system.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas: Keep storage spaces tidy and items in their assigned locations.
  • Organize and maintain stored personal property: Keep belongings organized, accurately identified, and properly stored. Treat every item with care—it belongs to someone.

What Makes You a Good Fit

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Dependability and availability for variable nighttime shifts between 8:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.
  • Attention to detail when photographing vehicles and documenting personal property.
  • Respect for other people’s belongings.
  • A willingness to handle hands-on yard and storage tasks.
  • The ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
  • Clear, professional communication with teammates and transporters.
  • Good judgment and the willingness to report concerns when something needs attention.

You don’t need a cape. You do need to notice when something isn’t where it belongs.

The Schedule

This is a part-time position with variable shifts scheduled within the 8:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. window.

Applicants must be dependable and available for their assigned shifts. Exact workdays and shift times will be discussed during the hiring process.

Ready to Join the Night Crew?

If you take pride in keeping things organized and would rather get moving than watch the clock, apply to join Zane Investigations.

Help us keep the lot orderly, the records accurate, and the night running smoothly—one vehicle, photo, and properly stored belonging at a time.
