This is an opportunity to join a group of professionals providing excellent support to a dynamic, fast-growing enterprise. You will work efficiently with users to identify root cause of issues with hardware, software, break/fix issues, connectivity, peripherals, and IT services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Azure Active Directory / Office 365: Account Setup; updating distribution lists, creating and managing room resources, shared mailboxes, Group Policies etc.</li><li>Provisioning and maintaining accounts and hardware for incoming hires; Computer Systems, VoIP phones, communication software, etc..</li><li>Working efficiently with users to identify root cause of issues with hardware, software, printers, connectivity, peripherals, and IT services.</li><li>Experience working with Control4 system a plus.</li><li>Maintain audio-visual systems for company meetings, events, huddle rooms. AV and meeting support experience is a plus.</li><li>Provide support to remote team members in different states via phone, remote desktop tools, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Loves to help people and solve problems.</li><li>Has 3-7 years of experience supporting the IT needs of a small/medium size business.</li><li>Has great in-person, phone, and written communication skills</li><li>Has a strong passion for security.</li><li>Is comfortable with learning and troubleshooting technology.</li><li>Has excellent customer service and teamwork skills.</li><li>Is willing to learn the processes and procedures of our Cloud Infrastructure and other system administrative tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of Windows 10. MacOS and Linux a huge plus.</li><li>Basic Small Business Networking; Firewall, Router, Switches, WAN, WAP, VPN.</li><li>Experience with Unifi, Cisco, Fortinet systems a plus</li><li>Familiarity with the following Protocols; ( RDP, DNS, SSL, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, FTP etc.)</li><li>Comfortable implementing a process for Imaging, refreshing and keeping systems updated.</li><li>Implementation of a ticket system as our team grows</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>“Consumer Direct embraces diversity, culture, and equal opportunity in a serious way.
