As we expand our presence in the U.S. live shopping market, we're looking for an energetic and engaging Live Shopping Host to represent STALEKS on Whatnot.

About the Role

Do you love beauty products, enjoy being on camera, and know how to connect with an audience?

We're looking for a confident, outgoing personality to host interactive live shopping shows featuring STALEKS professional nail and beauty tools.

You'll be the face of our Whatnot livestreams — demonstrating products, engaging with viewers, answering questions, and creating an exciting shopping experience that drives sales.

Whether you have experience in livestreaming, beauty retail, content creation, or sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate manicure, pedicure, and beauty tools while explaining their features and benefits.
  • Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
  • Create an entertaining and welcoming livestream environment.
  • Present special offers, promotions, and product bundles.
  • Assist with product preparation and livestream setup.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve livestream performance and develop creative content ideas.
  • Help grow our Whatnot audience and build relationships with repeat customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural ability to engage, entertain, and connect with an audience.
  • Interest in beauty, nail care, or professional beauty products.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for presenting products.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Availability for approximately 15 hours per week.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or other livestreaming platforms.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or content creation.
  • Knowledge of professional nail tools, manicure, or pedicure products.
  • Experience working as a nail technician or beauty professional.
  • Existing social media presence or experience producing short-form video content.

Previous Whatnot experience is a plus, but not required. We're especially interested in candidates with strong personalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay of $20–25.
  • Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 15 hours per week).
  • Opportunity to work with an established international beauty brand.
  • Creative, interactive work environment.
  • Opportunity to grow with our expanding U.S. e-commerce business.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and, if available, include:

  • Links to your social media profiles.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
