Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior PPC Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This client-facingrole requires a deep understanding of Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart (Criteo/RMS) advertising platforms, as well as demand-side platform (DSP) for programmatic advertising. The ideal candidate excels in campaign strategy, performance analysis, and KPI-driven optimizations, with a strong ability to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be US-based, as occasional travel may be needed for client meetings or industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, & optimize PPC campaigns for multiple brands across Amazon SC/VC, Walmart, Target, and Instacart (Criteo/RMS) to maximize performance and efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies that align with client goals, optimizing and tracking main KPI’s such as ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and CTR.
Ability to discuss DSP campaigns across Amazon DSP, STV, and other programmatic platforms, ensuring effective audience targeting and campaign performance.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and weekly reporting to both internal teams and clients.
Work collaboratively with Brand Management and clients to ensure advertising strategies align with business objectives and drive growth.

Stay ahead of marketplace algorithm updates, ad platform changes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvements.
Work cross-functionally to develop full-funnel strategies and cross-channel advertising approaches.
Lead client presentations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions, acting as a trusted advisor.
Be available for occasional travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in PPC management across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart (Criteo/RMS).
Proven ability to manage six- and seven-figure ad budgets with efficiency.
Expertise in marketplace ad platforms, including Amazon Ad Console, Walmart Ad Center, Criteo, and Retail Media Solutions (RMS).
Strong knowledge and experience with DSP platforms, including Amazon DSP and AMC
Strong data analysis skills, including experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills – ability to translate performance data intoactionable insights. Knowledge of deck/powerpoint presentation building.
Strong understanding of marketplace bidding strategies, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
Experience with third-party tools like Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, Helium 10, or DataHawk
is a plus.
US-based candidates required due to occasional travel needs.
