About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated recruiter who will focus exclusively on attracting and meeting with real estate agents nationwide who align with our company’s values and vision. You’ll host one-on-one Zoom meetings with prospective agents, present the company’s model and value, and negotiate the contract and compensation with each recruit (a.k.a. full cycle recruiting).

Key Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to recruit 4 actively producing agents each month (one per week), bringing top talent to our nationwide company.

  • Conduct discovery and recruiting meetings (typically 30–60 minutes via Zoom) with licensed real estate professionals (commercial and residential agents, brokers, property managers, MLOs, business brokers, and investment managers).
  • Clearly communicate our company’s value proposition, support structure, and commission models.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach and meeting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize recruiting initiatives and track conversion metrics.
  • Represent our company culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting real estate professionals (REQUIRED).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading conversations on Zoom.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRMs and online scheduling tools.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn $120,000+ annually based on results.
  • Compensation: Three different compensation plans available. (1) Hourly plus bonus, (2) flat monthly base plus bonus or (3) contract recruiting commissions. Plans are offered depending on your preference and experience. Please reach out for details.
  • Performance Bonus: Ongoing residual compensation is paid for each producing agent successfully hired. Ongoing bonus amounts are dependent on the hire’s ongoing production performance.
  • Schedule: Flexible but within standard business hours. Can range between 10-30 hours per week.
