About the Team:

DoorDash for Business provides meals solutions to companies. We're building and scaling new ways to delight our corporate customers by leveraging the DoorDash platform. The LiveOps team is specifically focused on proactively solving client blockers with as little disruption to our clients day to day as possible.

About the Role:

As the LOS (LiveOps) Team Lead, you will manage the performance of a team of LiveOps specialists, while supporting their development and advancing their skill sets. You’ll manage the daily operations, define success metrics, and build plans to drive results for the team. You will identify opportunities for improving performance, training content, and tools. You will create, distribute, and present impactful and insightful reporting on individual and team performance. You will report into the Sr. Program Manager on the Client Success Team of Doordash for Business.

  • Manage and develop Senior Specialists and Specialists to advance their development and skill sets.
  • Responsible for establishing, assessing, and maintaining performance metrics of the team.
  • Identify coaching opportunities and help the team reach the next level.
  • Coordinate daily workflow assignments within the team and adjust resources to meet service-level agreements.
  • Support your team by being present and answering questions, hosting weekly team huddles, and creating impactful changes.
  • Identify areas in our processes/playbooks that need greater clarity and collaborate with others to improve our processes or playbooks.
  • Create, distribute, and present impactful and insightful reporting on individual and team performance.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
