About the Role

We’re hiring a Supply Partnership Manager to be the critical operational link between Nash and some of its most strategic Delivery Providers. You will manage the relationship with each Delivery Provider, be accountable for ongoing performance, monitor integration health, and enable and ensure seamless operational scalability.

The role sits uniquely at the intersection of internal and external success, operations, product, sales, and engineering and will drive visible impact into streamlining the operations of both Delivery Providers and Merchants alike. Your expertise will be heavily relied on and leveraged in informing product and process improvements, executing operational plans of action, and identifying opportunities for go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end - act as the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence

  • Become an advocate - be the voice of the provider internally and partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market to build solutions that help providers scale

  • Be a product expert - learn the ins and outs of the Nash Platform and how its best positioned to drive impact to providers

  • Understand the nuances of each integration, identify areas of improvement, and manage/troubleshoot ongoing integration challenges

  • Partner with the Merchant team and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive best performance for providers and merchants alike

  • Leverage the existing data structure to drive best practices and insights for performance improvement

  • Lead the growth charge with each provider, deeply understanding each business, its needs, and helping achieve optimal business outcomes

Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing and technical role, experience with carriers/delivery partners is a plus

  • Proven success owning strategic relationships and driving growth and operational excellence

  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and collaborating with engineering.

  • Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes in complex systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and use that knowledge to guide customers and shape feedback.

  • Excellent communication and executive-presence skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or complex B2B SaaS systems.

  • Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise retail environments.

  • Familiarity with API docs, observability platforms, SQL, Python, or engineering workflows.

  • Background in consultative roles involving both technical depth and commercial accountability.

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
