What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Success Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members before, during, and after enrollment.

🤝 Member Service & Customer Support

  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone

  • Connect with individuals and families seeking information regarding available benefits

  • Listen to each member's needs, priorities, and questions

  • Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally

  • Provide personalized service throughout the member experience

  • Assist with applicable policy reviews and service requests

  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication

  • Address questions and concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
