<div><strong>Summary:</strong><br/><p>Yelp is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support our Emerging and Partner & Agency Sales team<strong>. </strong>Enablement is a critical part of growing our Multi Location Sales org. The Sales Enablement Manager will be revenue-focused, working in partnership with sales leadership to develop programming that aligns with sales strategies to drive sales outcomes, including increasing rep productivity rates and increasing GTM proficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate has sales and/or enablement management experience, has excellent verbal and written skills, a collaborative approach, and has a strong interest in data. The Sales Enablement Manager will have experience building online (self-learning), virtual instructor-led and classroom based enablement curriculums for sales teams using an LMS and CMS. You will be responsible for creating innovative content and materials on topics like sales process/methodology, advertising products, forecasting and reporting systems, policies and processes, etc. that can be delivered through different methods. The Sales Enablement Manager will also be aware of current trends including AI and integrate them into the content & materials to make them relevant to today.</p> <p> </p> <p>We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying the complex to develop the training content, curriculum and programs that enable our sales people to be successful in their jobs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications. </p> <p> </p> <p>This role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, Multi Location Sales and will be responsible for executing on the strategy including the programs, processes, practices and tools to enable our Emerging and Partner sales teams to effectively sell Yelp’s Advertising offerings.</p> <p> </p> <p>We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.</p> What you'll do: <ul> <li>You will create, design and execute enablement initiatives for our sales teams, both in classroom and virtual</li> <li>Support ongoing development and certification programs for B2B sales teams including: facilitation, content creation, processes, practices, and tools needed to enable success</li> <li>Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment for key programs</li> <li>Work in partnership with leaders across Yelp’s advertising business, including sales, customer success, operations, product, marketing, and more. </li> <li>Utilize creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed sales organization</li> <li>You will iterate/maintain enablement materials as necessary</li> <li>You will co-build, author and deliver materials for an internal wiki and newsletters</li> <li>You will stay up to date on the Digital Marketing space, Yelp product, and sales best practices</li> <li>You will gather feedback from the business to consistently improve enablement efforts</li> </ul> What it takes to succeed: <ul> <li>You have 5+ years of previous leadership experience within a sales or sales-adjacent team</li> <li>You have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills</li> <li>You have experience with developing new enablement curriculum and collateral for instructor-led, eLearning learning, and self-directed learning modules</li> <li>You have experience with building and launching AI tools for broad groups</li> <li>You have experience with coordination, collaboration and organization with cross-functional teams</li> <li>You excel at managing multiple projects at once, prioritization, have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized</li> <li>You have a demonstrated ability to assess enablement effectiveness and contribute evidence demonstrating ROI to stakeholders and leaders</li> <li>You have industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, and content-specific certifications as appropriate</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with advertising sales strongly preferred</li> </ul> What you'll get: <ul> <li>Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental </li> <li>15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday</li> <li>Up to 14 weeks of parental leave</li> <li>Monthly wellness subsidy</li> <li>Work from home reimbursement</li> <li>Flexible spending account</li> <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li> <li>Employee stock purchase plan</li> <li>Compensation range for this position is $150K - $155K annually.</li> </ul> </div>
