Essential Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a call center, help line, customer support, or similar virtual service environment. Minimum 1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human services field providing client support. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Reliable, hardwired broadband or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps). High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of behavioral health experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Knowledge of mental health legislation and privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA).
