Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Night Shift Chat Agent, you’ll be the first line of support for our customers during overnight hours. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Documenting each interaction with detailed notes to ensure seamless handover to morning agents.
  • Maintaining a professional, calm tone even during late‑night peak periods.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per reputed company with high accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
