The incumbent will ensure the safety of aircraft, equipment, and fellow teammates. The Ramp Attendant must provide outstanding customer service and exemplify Company values given the public nature of this role.
Load and unload cargo and baggage on/off the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner
Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp safely and efficiently
De-ice aircraft when required
Able to physically move within tight spaces such as aircraft galleys and seats
Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, spilt shifts, weekends, holidays
A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
Previous aviation experience
Previous customer service experience
