Work overnight shifts to accommodate clients with inquiries outside of regular business hours. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products and services offered by the company. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions and financial transactions. Communicate effectively with clients through phone and digital channels to provide information and assistance. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline customer service processes. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. Complete necessary training and certifications to enhance knowledge and skills. Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues. Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards set by the company and government agencies.
