<div><strong>General Purpose:</strong><br/><br/>The Change & Release Manager is responsible for governing enterprise change enablement and release management processes to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient delivery of technology services. <br/><br/>This role oversees risk-based change governance, release coordination, deployment planning, and continuous process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices. The position partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, QA, security, and business stakeholders to minimize service disruption while enabling timely and successful production outcomes.<br/><br/><strong>Direct Reports: No</strong><br/><br/><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br/><ul><li> Own and govern the enterprise Change Enablement process aligned with ITIL best practices.<br/>* Define and enforce change management policies, risk classification standards, and approval processes.<br/>* Review and authorize normal, expedited, and emergency changes based on risk, impact, readiness, and business priorities.<br/>* Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and SOX requirements through documented and traceable controls.<br/>* Maintain segregation of duties and ensure audit readiness across change and release activities.<br/>* Chair or facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to support risk-based decision making.<br/>* Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement of change success rates and operational stability.<br/>* Own release planning, scheduling, and coordination across infrastructure, applications, and platform teams.<br/>* Establish and maintain release calendars, deployment windows, blackout periods, and production schedules.<br/>* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness.<br/>* Ensure releases include validated testing, rollback planning, dependency management, and production support readiness.<br/>* Govern release communications and ensure stakeholder visibility throughout the release lifecycle.<br/>* Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration and support automation maturity initiatives.<br/>* Accountable for successful production deployments with minimized customer and operational impact.<br/>* Define, monitor, and report on KPIs including change success rate, release velocity, failure rate, and mean time to restore (MTTR).<br/>* Provide reporting, analysis, and operational insights to leadership regarding change and release performance.<br/>* Identify process improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives across change and release management practices.<br/>* Ensure alignment between release execution activities and business objectives and priorities.<br/>* Own and optimize ITSM and release management tooling including platforms such as ServiceNow and CI/CD solutions.<br/>* Ensure data integrity, auditability, and process standardization across supported tools and platforms.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Other Responsibilities:</strong><br/><ul><li> Support incident, problem, and operational readiness activities as needed during major releases or emergency changes.<br/>* Participate in after-hours or weekend release activities when required to support business operations.<br/>* Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support compliance reviews and evidence requests.<br/>* Drive adoption of automation, standardization, and operational best practices across technology teams.<br/>* Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br/><ul><li>Bachelors degree</li><li>ITIL Certification </li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Other Qualifications:</strong><br/><ul><li> ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred.<br/>* Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation initiatives preferred.<br/>* Experience in regulated industries or SOX-compliant environments preferred.<br/>* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure environments preferred.</li></ul><br/><br/>#LI-Remote<br/><br/>Req: #26-0095</div>
