The computer tells you exactly which box to use and how much tape is needed. It’s highly organized, the workstations are ergonomically designed, and the time off options are the best I've seen in any of my past warehouse jobs." Employees deeply appreciate the continuous flow of work and the immediate sense of accomplishment.

Job Summary

We are currently hiring for the role of Warehouse Packer. In this dynamic, stationary position, you will be the final set of eyes on a customer's order. This warehouse associate role is perfect for individuals who enjoy repetitive, detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Box Construction & Packing: Read automated screen prompts that calculate the exact box size needed. Assemble boxes swiftly and pack items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Quality Verification: Scan each item as it enters the box to ensure the physical contents perfectly match the customer's digital invoice.
  • Dunnage & Sealing: Utilize automated tape dispensers and protective bubble wrap (dunnage) to secure the package, ensuring it meets Amazon's strict outbound quality standards.
  • Station Maintenance: Keep your packing station fully stocked with boxes, tape, and labels. Ensure your immediate area is free of tripping hazards and cardboard debris.
