  • Proven success in building scalable systems capable of handling thousands of requests per second and large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of micro-services architecture, RESTful APIs, and database optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for long-term platform growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You've built applications that can deal with 3000 requests per second and billions of rows.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, etc.) are a plus.
  • Skilled in DevOps automation and containerization with Docker; familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, data analytics, and AI-driven insights for financial services.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities to shape the technological direction of a fast-growing fintech startup.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
  • Work alongside a talented team in a collaborative and innovative environment.
