Our client is a rapidly growing, profitable B2B SaaS Telehealth infrastructure and enablement platform. They help companies launch, operate, and scale digital healthcare and telehealth businesses without having medical, pharmacy, compliance, and software infrastructure themselves. They are seeking their first Revenue Operations Manager to build the RevOps function, improve forecasting, provide funnel insights, and enable the continued growth of their sales org.<br><br><strong>Job Title:</strong> Revenue Operations Manager (Full-time)<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> 100% Remote - Must be based in US and eligible to work for any US employer. No sponsorship or C2C can be offered at this time.<br><br><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years professional experience in Revenue/Sales operations role</li><li>Demonstrated experience being the 1st hire to build the RevOps function from scratch</li><li>Expertise with HubSpot</li><li>Expertise in owning, building, and improving accurate forecasting infrastructure</li><li>Experience owning and building funnel reporting and insights</li><li>Experience standing up deal desk practices, implementing processes, and enabling sellers</li><li>Start-up, SaaS and/or health-tech experience</li><li>Experience working in transactional / high-volume sales environment with 30-60 day sales cycles<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience being 1st hire in RevOps / SalesOps role and building the function from scratch</li><li>Experience at a SaaS start-up, telehealth, or health-tech org</li><li>HubSpot expertise<br><br></li></ul><strong>Salary:</strong> 140,000 - 160,000 (Based on experience), plus equity and 15% annual cash bonus (Based on performance)<br><br><strong>Benefits And Perks<br><br></strong><ul><li>Comprehensive benefits</li><li>Huge opportunity to make large-impact in visible role at a rapidly growing & profitable start-up</li><li>Upward mobility and opportunity to lead function / grow team below you</li><li>Ability to shape the role instead of inheriting an established function<br><br></li></ul>If interested, please applu directly or reach out to Andrew Zaloom for more info: azaloom@talener.com<br><br>
