This position is fully remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with skilled team members and contributing to groundbreaking solutions

Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to lead a division within Lowe's Retail Facilities Management organization, overseeing facilities operations while managing strategic relationships with Store Operations, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction, and vendor partners. This role is accountable for a large-scale portfolio of repair, maintenance, and retrofit projects across multiple retail locations within the division. In addition to project planning, execution, and performance management, the position partners with the Facilities Asset Program Management team to develop and execute comprehensive planned maintenance and reactive repair programs.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Store Operations, Finance, Asset Protection, Construction, and Real Estate — to maintain clean and safe facilities, identify/validate business needs, reduce total cost of ownership, and minimize asset downtime while maintaining brand image

  • Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic plans using facility condition assessments, financial data, and business analytics to guide capital reinvestment and expense management for each store within their division

  • Own and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets across reactive repairs, preventive maintenance, utilities, and capital projects for all locations within the division

  • Establish and oversee standardized processes for routine facility condition assessments across the division

  • Lead and develop a divisional team of Facilities Support Managers and Facilities Analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and effective escalation and resolution of maintenance and capital project issues

  • Manage and oversee the divisional based team to support escalation of issues on day-to-day maintenance items

  • Monitor internal performance metrics and vendor scorecards (e.g., response and resolution times), driving continuous improvement in service delivery and cost efficiency

  • Manage vendor relationships to improve service quality, responsiveness, and overall program performance while controlling enterprise expenses

  • Partner with Real Estate to support lease and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) negotiations and ensure execution of CAM obligations at both the local and national level, leveraging scale where appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

  • 10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in big-box retail

  • Proven experience in customer service and achieving service-level agreement (SLA) performance standards
