Responsibilities

Lead the automation and optimization of Portfolio processes through new technological tools, driving more efficient recovery and the elimination of manual activities. Promote the adoption of EDI solutions with business partners to strengthen the Order to Cash process and improve operational integration. Ensure compliance with tax provisions and electronic invoicing commercial requirements, ensuring business continuity.   • Leading the electronic invoicing and tax compliance strategy, defining functional requirements and ensuring operational continuity and business growth.
  • Driving B2B electronic collaboration (EDI) with business partners, identifying opportunities, risks, and needs to optimize sales, invoicing, and cash recovery processes.
  • Designing and executing the automation and self-service agenda, developing and implementing digital solutions and ensuring the stability and evolution of automated tools.
  • Managing digital transformation projects comprehensively, from defining requirements and evaluating suppliers to implementation, testing, release, and stabilization in production.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and market trends, anticipating impacts and promoting initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Who We Are Looking For

Availability for a temporary contract of 6 months under a hybrid 3-2 scheme. Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Administration, or related field. +2 years of experience in Electronic Invoicing, SAP, and Order-to-Cash processes (OTC). Experience participating in digital transformation projects, automation, and continuous improvement. Knowledge in functional requirements gathering, process analysis, and optimization. Experience in process automation using RPA and other digital tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure compliance with work plans. Ability to present progress, results, and recommendations to business audiences. Intermediate English desirable.
