For more information, visit primary responsibility of this position is to design and develop online content for application training. Leverage learning theories and cutting-edge techniques to develop quality engaging learning resources for clinical and business applications. Work with department leadership to assess needs and develop and implement classroom and online learning modules, interactive documents, videos, games, and other forms of multi-media training. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. eLearning Developers will also collect and report on valuable feedback from end users.<br><br></div><div>This is a full time, remote Clinical Application eLearning Developer role.<br><br></div><div>What You'll Do<br><br></div><div>•Design and develop virtual training materials<br><br></div><div>•Create engaging learning resources<br><br></div><div>•Coordinate with instructional designers on content design<br><br></div><div>•Troubleshoot issues related to eLearning software and LMS software<br><br></div><div>•Conduct skill assessments within the eLearning content<br><br></div><div>•Define competency models or skills<br><br></div><div>•Establish metrics for training effectiveness<br><br></div><div>•Assist with application “Super User” Programs<br><br></div><div>•Create an efficient schedule for eLearning training<br><br></div><div>•Collaborate to develop specific training content<br><br></div><div>•Create plans to deliver new information about the system to end users before upgrades<br><br></div><div>•Collaborate with team to develop skills enhancement training<br><br></div><div>•Work with multiple teams for end users training for multiple roles<br><br></div><div>•Plan and execute a successful training program using a LMS system<br><br></div><div>•Outline and form additional educational plans as desired by the organization<br><br></div><div>•Assess risks and issues associated with the training program<br><br></div><div>What You'll Bring<br><br></div><div>•Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.<br><br></div><div>•1 – 4+ years of experience in an eLearning capacity.<br><br></div><div>•Experience in training Epic enterprise implementation environment preferred.<br><br></div><div>•Healthcare experience preferred (clinical documentation, front desk/registration documentation, and ambulatory clinic setting).<br><br></div><div>•Experience developing materials with healthcare organizations<br><br></div><div>•Experience in learning management systems (LMS).<br><br></div><div>•Experience with project management, adult education, and curriculum delivery.<br><br></div><div>•Strong communication skills: Need to communicate clearly and effectively.<br><br></div><div>•Adaptability/flexibility: Need to quickly adapt to updates in the curriculum and the training environment.<br><br></div><div>•Computer proficiency: Candidates must be comfortable using computers and quickly master new software programs.<br><br></div><div>•Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is a plus.<br><br></div><div>•Experience with Adobe Captivate and HealthStream (LMS) is a plus.<br><br></div><div>•Capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to clearly communicate results<br><br></div><div>•Experience with EMR related training content.<br><br></div><div>•Ability to communicate the importance of training to all stakeholders<br><br></div><div>•Uses critical thinking skills to support educational implementations and facilitates staff education regarding software applications<br><br></div><div>•Identifies opportunities for process improvement in support of operational initiatives<br><br></div><div>•Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to sequence activities logically<br><br></div><div>•Ability to develop and adhere to time schedules in order to meet project deadlines<br><br></div><div>•Interpersonal skills to function well in administrative, management, and patient care environments.<br><br></div><div>•Ability to work effectively with staff that have a wide range of seniority.<br><br></div><div>•Strong knowledge of eLearning development tools<br><br></div><div>•Excellent knowledge of English grammar and spelling for use in both verbal and written communication.<br><br></div><div>Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. </div><div><br></div><div>For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year.
