Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and address any issues that arise.
  • Utilize handheld devices and computer systems to track inventory and manage orders.
  • Assist with the receipt, sorting, and storage of incoming goods and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment (certification may be required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.

Experience:
