Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and organized Virtual HR Coordinator to join our team remotely. You will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee satisfaction�all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HR software systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting communications, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including sharing training materials and conducting virtual orientations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and track feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Support performance review cycles and maintain related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience
