You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all equipment related aspects, including but not limited to fitness equipment, audio-visual systems, security systems, and other facilities related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.   Equipment Oversight: • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and calibration of fitness equipment to ensure member safety and optimal functionality.   Technical Team Leadership: • Lead a team of technicians, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure a high standard of technical service. • Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.   Training and Development: • Conduct training for technical staff and new hires on equipment usage, repairs, troubleshooting procedures, and safety protocols. • Stay current on technological advancements and provide ongoing education to the team.   Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and technical issues. • Generate regular reports on equipment status, technical performance, and team productivity using established KPI’s.   Quality Assurance: • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure all technical aspects meet or exceed industry standards. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.   Budgetary Oversight: • Collaborate with the management team to manage the department budget effectively. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality and safety of technical operations. • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery.   Member Experience Enhancement: • Implement technical solutions to enhance the overall member experience within the facility. • Utilize member feedback and insights to improve services. Compliance and Safety: • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure environment for both members and staff.   Note: This job description is just the beginning of how you can contribute to the growth of our business.
