<p>We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Network Tools, Monitoring, and Observability to design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑wide network monitoring solutions in a complex, Remote/Travel when needed to the site. <strong>(ScienceLogic SL1, NetScout, VOSS). Federal Client experience Required. (</strong>Position require U.S. citizenship.)</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will lead tool integration, automation, and continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust observability and operational excellence across the enterprise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties / Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., ScienceLogic SL1, NetScout, VOSS) across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.</p><ul><li>Lead integration projects for new monitoring tools, platforms, and data sources, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and network appliances.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain automation playbooks (e.g., Ansible, Python scripts) to streamline agent deployment, configuration, and system integration.</li><li>Architect and optimize event management and alerting policies, including custom event correlation, noise reduction, and escalation workflows.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex monitoring, connectivity, and performance issues across diverse network and server environments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to evaluate new technologies, coordinate upgrades, and ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.</li><li>Participate in architectural review boards and strategic planning sessions to align monitoring strategy with enterprise goals and evolving requirements.</li><li>Provide operational support for device onboarding, configuration changes, and incident response in monitoring and observability platforms.</li><li>Document monitoring architectures, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.</li><li>Mentor and support other engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Expectations</li><li>Demonstrate both hands-on engineering skills and high-level architectural vision in monitoring and observability domains.</li><li>Balance operational support with strategic project work, adapting to shifting priorities and emergent issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> position require U.S. citizenship.</p>
