Overview The Senior Analyst for Rewards Product Strategy oversees PayPal’s points currency, the foundation for the company’s global rewards program. Your primary responsibility will be designing and managing the global point earn structure for the program across PayPal’s product suite and global markets. The PayPal Rewards team is a new and growing commercial function within PayPal, focused on driving customer loyalty and cross‑product adoption by making PayPal the most rewarding way to pay. The broader team is entrusted with the unified value proposition of the program; partner onboarding and engagement; the GTM approach across PayPal’s global markets; and stewardship over the program’s P&L. The team plays a critical role in PayPal’s consumer growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Own the point-based value proposition of PayPal’s rewards program globally, accounting for variations across markets driven by unit economics, product availability, and cultural trends. Assist with business cases to inform decision making on initiatives tied to ongoing improvement of the program in existing markets and rollout to new markets. Manage the roadmap for expansion of the program to additional PayPal products from ideation to implementation, including the usage of a test & learn approach where appropriate. Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities. Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships. Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion. Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities. Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technical implementation/design. Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making. Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
