The Scrum Master will support Agile software development teams by facilitating delivery, gathering business requirements, managing project workflows, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product team delivery</li><li>Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Assist with backlog prioritization and project tracking</li><li>Partner with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Manage projects and documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps</li><li>Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation</li><li>Conduct impact assessments and identify process improvement opportunities</li><li>Maintain team documentation and knowledge repositories <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or related roles</li><li>Experience supporting multiple Agile product teams</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>Professional services or law firm experience is a plus<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits: <br><br></strong>Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
