Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be the guardian of both electronic and paper records, ensuring that every file is accurately captured, securely stored, and readily retrievable. This is a full‑time, remote‑only position offering a competitive rate of $32 per hour. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Process incoming records: Convert electronic and hard‑copy documents into arenaflex‑approved storage solutions, adhering to strict naming conventions and metadata standards.
  • Scan and digitize: Prepare hard‑copy materials for scanning, operate high‑speed scanners, and ensure high‑quality PDF outputs that meet compliance requirements.
  • Track custody of files: Maintain accurate logs of both electronic and paper files, guaranteeing that every document’s location and status are known at all times.
  • Respond to retrieval requests: Locate, retrieve, return, or update files promptly when internal teams or external stakeholders request them.
  • Quality assurance: Review files for completeness, accuracy, and proper organization, correcting any discrepancies before final storage.
  • File lifecycle management: Assist with the transfer, closure, retention, and cleansing of records in line with arenaflex’s governance policies.
  • Policy communication: Help disseminate information‑storage standards and best practices to colleagues across the organization.
