As a Remote Customer Care & Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first line of support for our diverse client base, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff can access the tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, chats, and emails from students, faculty, and staff seeking assistance with Arenaflex products.
  • Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to users, walking them through troubleshooting processes and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring that all systems are up‑to‑date and secure.
  • Document every interaction in our web‑based ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of problem descriptions, solutions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Utilize the knowledge base to find and apply the most effective solutions, and flag any inaccuracies or gaps for escalation.
  • Strive for one‑call resolution, but also manage and close tickets efficiently when escalation is required.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to deepen product knowledge and expand support coverage across multiple client accounts.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to address complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and process enhancements as directed by management.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor during all customer interactions, even under high‑volume or stressful conditions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High‑school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEF C1 level or higher).

  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and remote desktop support.
  • Ability to manage inbound voice calls in a conversation‑heavy environment.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload, <100 ms ping, <40 ms jitter) and a stable wired or Wi‑Fi setup.
  • ISP‑provided modem or personal modem/router that supports third‑party VoIP.
  • Professional proficiency in English, with strong listening and speaking skills.
  • Willingness to accept a temporary assignment and work within the approved state list.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or completed coursework in a related field.
  • At least one year of customer service or contact center experience.
  • Experience in the education sector or with e‑learning technologies.
  • Previous role in a technical help desk or IT support environment.
