Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer

As a Remote Cabin Experience & Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of our aircraft cabins. This is not a typical call‑center job – you will be actively involved in on‑site cleaning, disinfecting, and safety inspections, while also leveraging digital tools to track compliance and communicate with the broader operations team. Your work directly contributes to the health and happiness of millions of travelers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cabin Cleaning & Disinfection: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of aircraft interiors according to arenaflex’s rigorous standards, ensuring every seat, tray table, and high‑touch surface is spotless.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight safety checks, documenting any discrepancies and coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate ground support equipment such as freight reputed company, service trucks, and high‑lift platforms while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Digital Reporting: Use arenaflex’s proprietary software and mobile devices to log cleaning activities, upload inspection photos, and confirm compliance with health regulations.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work varied shifts—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—to align with flight schedules and operational demands.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with on‑site cabin crews, maintenance personnel, and remote supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions on the latest cleaning technologies, safety standards, and customer service best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT) – candidates can prepare by reviewing the instructional video provided by arenaxflex.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety toe shoes, hard hats, and high‑visibility clothing as required.
  • Strong focus on personal, passenger, and data safety, with a commitment to following all health and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in aircraft cleaning, hospitality, or a related customer‑service role.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and airline industry safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively document findings and interact with team members.
  • Tech‑savvy: comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and web‑based reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to rapidly changing schedules.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational gaps.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, with regular merit‑based increases over a 4.5‑year trajectory. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 401(k) Plan: Company matching contributions up to 9 % of your salary.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
