We seek a highly organized, self-determined individual to manage the creation of graphics and print banners effectively with the Motion Graphics department and the print media department as an Admin Assistant for Ad Sales & Partnerships . Additionally, the Assistant will track the fulfillment of contractual game obligations and other administrative needs of the Ad Sales Department.
This is a non-exempt, part-time position supporting our Purchase, NY location and reporting to the Director, Venue Solutions.
Note: Some periodic travel to the Purchase, NY office may be required.
What youll do Support the VP of Ad Sales.
Organize venue specific specifications and ensure content is designed correctly.
Track banners and graphics through the full creative process.
- Prepare the ad sales schedule for all teams and send out monthly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper execution of the schedule.
Review internal reports weekly to ensure contractual obligations have been met.
Research game highlights and prepare recaps for reporting to senior management.
Assist with hospitality fulfillments as needed.
Occasional travel to client locations.
What were looking for Bachelor's Degree, Business major preferred.
At least 1 - 2 years' experience in a professional setting.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Experience thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment with ability to be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities.
Comfortable interacting and building relationships with individuals at all levels of organization.
Superior work ethic and organization skills.
