Learn more at experianplc.com.<br><br><strong>Job Description</strong><br><br>The <strong>Relationship Manager</strong> will collaborate to maintain and expand business relationships, conduct and support retention, client satisfaction and development activities within an assigned account territory for Experian's Employer Services.<br><ul><li>Develop relationships with client by researching and understanding business needs, responding to client requests, and being the liaison between the client and internal departments.</li><li>Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients within portfolio</li><li>Support the renewal of existing business with the Client Development Executive.</li><li>Responsible for client retention activities and ongoing satisfaction.</li><li>Generate client advocacy that can be used in the market</li><li>Marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and pass along voice of client to promote innovation</li><li>Maintain and expand relationships within client network across various buyer personas</li><li>Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensure usage at projected levels.</li><li>Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews and executive summaries</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success team for data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities</li><li>Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects/products</li><li>Create and refer leads to Client Development Executive</li><li>You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management</li></ul><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>3+ years complex relationship management related experience</li><li>Experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA)</li><li>Experience with consultative sales, customer service and project management</li><li>Ability to travel</li></ul><br><br><strong>Additional Information</strong><br><br><strong>Benefits/Perks:</strong><br><ul><li>Great compensation package and bonus plan</li><li>Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K</li><li>Fully remote environment</li><li>Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays</li></ul><br>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
