  • Physician Owned and Physician Led, co-founded by 2 Radiologists who still read with the group today.
  • Delivering Radiology coverage across 14 states.
  • Over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees make up the group.
  • Still a private Radiologist practice run by physicians. NOT owned by private equity or outside investors.


Benefits: Teleradiology

  • Typical Swing Shift Compensation (Dependent on reading speed): $700,000 - $1 million
  • Typical Night Shift Compensation (Dependent on reading speed): $1.3 - $1.7 million
  • An 8-hour overnight shift runs roughly $5,100 to $6,800 in compensation depending on reader speed.
  • Overnight hours carry a shift premium up to 50%. Weekends are 15%. And there's a $150 monthly technology stipend.
  • Volume: About 165 studies on an 8-hour shift. Roughly 20 per hour
  • Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR
  • 1099 Independent Contractor Role only
  • Group does not provide in house benefits package.
  • On site training and home work station provided by the group.
  • Credentialing, licensing, and malpractice coverage all provided by the group.


About this role: Teleradiology

  • Seeking a 100% Remote Radiologist
  • Open to part time or full time hours!
  • Diagnostic radiologists working 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.
  • Group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST.
  • Typical shift is 6-8 hours.
  • Shift Options: 7on / 7off or can do 7on / 14off. Group is seeking 60hrs of coverage per month.
  • Zero call or after hours expectation. When your shift ends, you're done working.
  • Volume: About 165 studies on an 8-hour shift. Roughly 20 per hour
  • Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR
  • Overnight hours carry a shift premium up to 50%. Weekends are 15%. And there's a $150 monthly technology stipend.
  • An 8-hour overnight shift runs roughly $5,100 to $6,800 in compensation depending on reader speed.
  • 24/7 operations and IT support. There will always be other Radiologists available for 2nd opinions or difficult cases.
  • Equitable distribution system of reads that ensure everyone receives similar volume and compensation opportunities. No cherry picking by senior docs.
  • If a critical finding is detected, operations team will handle alerting the necessary hospital and handle all back end work.


Background Desired: Teleradiology

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
  • Eligible to acquire a state medical license
  • Ability to work independently and remote.
  • Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
  • We will do all licensing for you! But it is a plus to already have a license for the following states: CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX
