  • Respond to incoming customer contacts by phone, email, and text
  • Schedule plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning appointments in ServiceTitan
  • Gather and accurately record customer, property, and service information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the scheduling process
  • Convey messages and important information to technicians, managers, and other team members
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist with other administrative work as needed

Remote-Work Requirements

The employee must be located in and perform all work from within Georgia.

During scheduled hours, the employee must work from a quiet, distraction-free workspace and remain available at a computer to answer calls, respond to messages, schedule appointments, and fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer setup are required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine desire to help and book customers
  • Dependability and the ability to work scheduled shifts independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort managing calls, emails, texts, and multiple tasks
  • A calm, pleasant, and solution-oriented approach
  • The ability to learn new software, processes, and service information

Preferred Experience

The following experience is helpful but not required:

  • Customer service or dispatch experience with a plumbing or HVAC company
  • Experience using ServiceTitan
  • Experience with Google Chat, Google Docs, or other Google products

We’re willing to train the right person who brings excellent communication skills, dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Genuinely enjoy helping people and making stressful situations easier
  • Communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Stay organized while managing calls, texts, emails, and scheduling needs
  • Are dependable, self-motivated, and take ownership of completing your work

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
