Role Description This role will work with an HR sub-service that provides interviews. This is a part-time position that works with your schedule. The SME will perform technical interviews which pay $500+ minimum per interview. The SME will provide industry-specific expertise to design and deliver customized training programs and human services for diverse business and individual clients. The SME will collaborate with internal team members to align training content with organizational standards and client goals, while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more professional industries (e.g., business, healthcare, technology, education, public sector).
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • 8+ years experience.
  • Ability to preform thorough technical interviews within your industry.

Pay: $100.00 - $250.00 per hour
